Back to Kathak - A local group for Kathak enthusiasts lead by one of our volunteers. This group is only for Adults ( secondary school children can join if the parent/ carer is attending as well) and mostly for people who have learnt some Kathak in the past, however long ago that may be. Upskill yourselves and have fun together! Currently accepting beginners also. £2.5 X no of weeks, block bookings only

Back to Bharatnatyam- A local group for Bharatnatyam enthusiasts lead by one of our volunteers. This group is only for Adults ( secondary school children can join if the parent/ carer is attending as well) and mostly for people who have learnt some Bharatnatyam in the past, however long ago that may be. Upskill yourselves and have fun together! ( You will need to know Tatt adavus and Naat adavus to join) 

£4 X no of weeks, block bookings only

Yoga Together- A brilliant opportunity to practice Yoga with others, Our teacher will be around to lead and guide. This group is only for Adults (children 10yrs+ can join if the parent/ carer is attending as well) £2.5X no of weeks, block bookings only

Gita/Vedic chanting-  Get introduced to Bhagavad Gita shlokas and their meaning,  and also learn Vedic chanting. Ages 7yrs+

Young Leaders - Workshops for ages 12yrs+ Topics covered: Body Language, public speaking, brain agility, scripting etc. Children are then given practical experience to use the skills learnt at our events. As seats are limited, priority is given to the children of volunteers and then members only. No fee, donations accepted.
