A local group for Bharatnatyam enthusiasts led by one of our volunteers. This group is only for Adults ( secondary school children can join if the parent/ carer is attending as well) and mostly for people who have learnt some Bharatnatyam in the past, however long ago that may be. Upskill yourselves and have fun together! ( You will need to know Tatt adavus and Naat adavus to join).

Yoga Together

A brilliant opportunity to practice Yoga with others, Our teacher will be around to lead and guide. This group is only for Adults (children 10yrs+ can join if the parent/ carer is attending as well) £2.5X no of weeks, block bookings only.

Get introduced to Bhagavad Gita shlokas and their meaning,  and also learn Vedic chanting. Ages 7yrs+

Hindi

Learn beginner-level Hindi. If you have younger children ( 4, 5yrs) we will ask you to stay with your child for the class. This is open for adults too if you want to brush up or start your Hindi learning with us.

A group for Adults and teens to learn new Bhajans and Kirtans.

TSP Runners

Follow the NHS app and gradually work up towards running 5K in 9 weeks.    

(Those who are not beginners can run at their own pace with the group with or without breaks, target will be to run at week 9 level if following the app or a 30 mins run. We can attempt a 5K park run in Feb Half term.)

Group Run: 7:30 am, Saturdays.
